You are not the only one, NBC is getting hammered for it in the media. Toooo many commercials also. I like swimming but I don't need to see every preliminary and semi-final. I could stand for some rugby, boxing or judo,,,even ping pong to break the monotony.

I don't have much hope you will see the track and field events you want to see. Qualifying for the discus and shot put start Friday I believe. Mens discus final is on Saturday. Shot put final is next Thursday.

As much as I like the swimmers and gymnasts, they are broadcasting a very narrow window of all the events. Show some other stuff too. All the athletes worked very hard to get to this level of competition.
