I’ve used c clamp and 1/4” drive deep well sockets in a pinch before.

My buddy is having a pond built but I haven’t heard about it’s depth or area yet.
The landowner of one of the farms he rents had a couple ponds built, one is about 14’ deep & this one coming in at 20’.

Yup, almost exactly what I did.

Going back together I’ll use the BernzOmatic for the rod end and the refrigerator/freezer for the pin & piston. [emoji1696]

We have some big problems 15 miles West of the cabin. It’s in a ready to evacuate area and we were advised to run the sprinkler system every night we can. Brought a lot of non-replaceable items home last night.
Fire is in an area of the BWCAW that is accessible only by air to boot.
We’re praying for rain and more rain.

Glad 4 ya. Been back and forthfrom yard waste dump collecting fire wood since early. I may not of had enough coffee. Just noticed shoes I've been cutting double or triple length (larger diameter) or to fit in van. not quite safety gear

Fire caused by lightning strikes or unknown?

Hopefully it will burnout before it reaches you guys.
Is it severe enough the DNR would airdrop any type of suppression?

Caused by a lightning strike. They can now air drop personnel in to a previously burnt area I think. But they are so short on personnel because of all the fires

out West.
No roads or portages to it.
