The guessers are saying we might get some snow, too.
Best be careful, we're do for a dumper and this is about the time it happens.
I remember about 5 years ago we got 5 or 6 inches inches on May 5th.
Really?
I mean, Really???
Cuz our weather can’t be called anything other than “hostile”...

The heaviest snow is supposed to be up around @67L36Driver and points back to the west, according to the guessers.

I saw this toolbox sitting in my brothers shed & popped it open to look it over & to my surprise it was full of tools. John Deere is running a spring special on loaded boxes. $1500 the box & full sets of standard/metric wrenches,
1/2” standard/metric in shallow/deep & impact in both both standard/metric & shallow/deep
3/8” standard/metric in shallow/deep,
1/4” standard/metric in shallow/deep
ratchets, extensions, screwdrivers & some other misc. stuff. The wrenches hang in the back & the socket tray has shocks & flips up for more storage.
I will try to stop by & get a pic of his loaded up tomorrow.

I don’t think that’s an outrageous price for the box & tools with lifetime warranty.

Good quality tools are not cheap.
I still have Snapon tools from when I was 18 and in trade school.

I couldn’t agree more with you. I really would like to buy one of the loaded Deere boxes but I just bought a new mower & used Gator so I better put the brakes on the spending.

That a truck mount box??
Hell, a good tool box for a service bed ain’t cheap, let alone one full of tools.

Yes, he going to mount it on his flatbed for a second service truck. My nephew & I were unloading seed corn the day I saw it & I told my nephew when that the whole package was probably $3500 or more. Then found out it was $1500, I told him that was a great deal. I was just stunned at the price. Apparently you can get the box in black or green.

Cheep tools are far more expensive, over time, than quality stuff that cost more up front but lasts forever.
I read somewhere that only rich folks can afford to buy cheap tools.

I can’t seem to get my Dad to understand that the cheapest tool isn’t the Best Buy but after stocking my brothers race trailer with Snap-On & Blue Point hand tools & Mac air tools I finally got him to quit buying the cheapest tools he could find for the farm. Dad about chit his britches when my brother bought a new set of metric wrench’s 10 years ago.

I didn’t look that close at the ratchets other than the 3/8 & 1/2 were too short. I am a ratchet snob and only really care for Snap-on & Mac ratchets.
How about a $30 winning bid on a nice metal machinist box? $10 came back from lathe bits and there was a 1/4" thumb ratchet, snap on, retails over $60:)
