Morning midlanders!

Radar shows Kenneth getting some rain. [emoji106]

Dry as a popcorn fart in River City. [emoji19]

68 degrees, whole bunch better than yesterday’s 95.
Nice easy rain. We needed it ,not as bad as some but not going to complain.

Got this thing to run.

Pumped 110 on the way in my door. So, squirted mix oil in the cylinder and then couldn’t turn it over. [emoji2955]

Rinsed that out with carb cleaner.

Got it to run on choke and gradually it cleared up the gum? IDK.

Not messing with it any further.

Check comp when it cools off...............maybe.

We had them last year. Use permethrin. I also used some other pesticide. I believe it was asana xl. Worked real good! Good luck!

Had to modify one leg of a gear puller to get it behind the flywheel on the Root. We have no spark. Points likely scaled up.

Other leg clears by the cylinder.

Yeah disc grinder!! [emoji106]
Got a pic of that Root Carl? Most with Power Products engines don't use a puller.

I’ve a notion to tap a pair of #12-24 holes in the flywheel as none were provided.

AH58, 95cc.
Nice looking saw.
Those use a tool similar to a hub knocker to remove the flywheel. Pry bar under the flywheel and whack the knocker.
