I didn't realize that those creamsicle top handles had such a dinky engine. Makes a Homelite XL look like a big block. :-)

Yes, dinky and way overvalued.

Just slap a Farmertec MS180 in there Steve. I hate to see a talented man waste time.

There's a little daylight showing there. Looks like someone got a wrong bolt in the wrong hole. Are these MS192TC's worth messing with? Looks pretty cheap.

The wheel bearings on Granddads old lowboy chit the bed, spindles were from a 53’ GM & new bearings were $125 a side, so I purchased new spindle/bearings/hubs for $125 side, just got them welded in today. It’s the first time I have used a stick welder since I was in High School, that was many moons ago. It was a mildly entertaining experience for a bit. The old rims & tires junk so I put new implement rims/tires on.

I was going to have my buddy do it at his welding shop until I found this buried under debris in Dad’s shed, I thought he had sold it.

Those Miller Blue Star's are actually a pretty good unit.

The power source is very stable and provides a nice smooth arc.

When I used to do repair at ThyssenKrupp that is the welder I used
to weld up new jack cylinders.

It always gave me good controllable power and the fine adjustment worked well.

Started last rent house remodel this week, new HVAC, new shingles,
Will start inside when that's finished.

Outside of this house is perfect, brick and vinyl siding, may replace windows.

Have it rented for 800 a month when its done.

I bought 2 brick houses , one 3 br 2 bath and one was 3 br 1 bath on big lots in town for 50 k for both..

When complete i should have around 85 to 90k in both

Rent on both is 1550 a month..

Some of you brains tell me my rate of return.....

Less than 5 years, not counting property tax or other upkeep, for total return. Actual will include depreciation to lower taxes for a bit longer than that
