Mama is getting laid off tomorrow afternoon, she is the office manager @ the local machine shop. It’s not all that bad, one of our girls is expecting twins anytime now, if she hasn’t delivered by Saturday they are going to induce her. Mama was planning on spending a week or two up there after they were born anyway.

I just got done filling the census.
One part asked what race?
I said White.
It wanted to know if I was Irish, German, English, Italian, etc.
I typed in "American".

My DIL is a nurse practitioner, she was laid off today , she runs a nephropathy clinic in McAlester, Oklahoma,
She's due with 2nd May 21st , so maybe this will work out,

I am really starting to wonder is this will surpass 1929 .....

The graph is really spooky .

65% of my retirement was cash as we were afraid this was going to happen also there just wasn't any good buys out there .

I sure hope this doesn't last long , but the ramifications could last 5 to 10 years

That is Exactly what I replied too. Figured if my latest Irish, Danish, German, and Scottish ancestors came to America in the 1860's, I should be called an American.
This hyphenated - PC crap has got to be curbed somehow.
