I wonder if they’s any fishes awake in the pond across the road?
It’s a little cold, but sometimes a guy can get lucky early in the spring.

A diving lure moving slow comes to mind. Or, a jig, under a float.

Use a Roadrunner. [emoji1696]

Morning midlanders!

Tinkering up a Poulan 2000 for Curt in Mound City. And an Echo 280.

Good morning!
Picked up a little oak yesterday and took some pics of the latest restoration.

Morning guys. My day started with a dog fight. A few weeks ago we had agreed to take my gf’s deceased mothers dog as her sister couldn’t keep her where she lives. Older wiener dog. We currently have one house dog already, a very smart Chihuahua mix. Never thought I’d enjoy a little dog as much as I do her.

Anyway the old dog Lola can be grumpy at times. Has nipped at us a time or two as we learned her likes and dislikes. They’ve tussled a couple times but this morning blood was drawn. My first instinct was to drag her out back and that would be the end of it. Poor dog has been moved three times in a few months.

On a much lighter note I talked to a friend of mine in MN that dabbles in logging. May be getting my hands on an old truck of his with a Barko loader and a dump bed. Looks like a storm cleanup truck. I see a game changer in handling wood and processing. Dirt cheap as it’s older but I don’t need new or nice.

Still no word on what the Kung-flu will do to our work. Did half a day yesterday getting out of Pryor. We feared them going off the deep end and locking the place down. Didn’t want our rig and tooling stuck for who knows how long.

Cool! [emoji108]

You get that green mixed up by the body shop at work?
Yeah. Both the green and red were custom tinted. The guys at Colorvision got a kick out of having a chainsaw in the store to match paint on as a conversation piece. It's a perfect match to the original colors. The price wasn't any more than buying spray engine paint off the shelf.

Apparently the weather here has some sort of virus, Thursday 70* & sunny, Thursday night thunderstorms with rain, hail & snow, Friday 30’s with windchills around 10* with occasional rain/snow, Saturday near 50* sunny, today 30’s with snow this morning & calling rain this afternoon. Hard to get much done outside as sloppy & soft as the ground is.

When the old dog does that , hold it on it's back slap *s-word out of it a couple of times and hold it down until it submits, don't give up when you do it , also spit in its mouth while doing this , do not let dog up until it fully submits.

This will normally work.

Do this every time dog gets aggressive

I’m beginning to think it’s more of a mental age issue than a behavioral one. Lola is great and then it’s like switch gets flipped and she goes to snapping. Got Rachel’s hand a couple nights ago. I wanted to put her down for a dirt nap then. After drawing blood from Bailey....Rachel is done. I don’t feel like we can confidently offer her to somebody else as unpredictable as her temper is.

Nope , new pack and it's testing it's place in the pack .

Put a stop to it or it will get worse
