Honestly, I know about what they look like, but that's just from pictures. I know there's several types of wild mushrooms that are edible but I know just enough to not pick any and take home to eat. Can you buy Morels in a store?

No but if you look around on your local craigslist next spring you'll see adds for them for sale.

I’ve never found one of those damn things..

Anywhere.. they’re like unicorns..
The love popping up by dead cottonwood stumps.
If you got some small creeks or water ways that run west to east look on the north banks when the time is right next year.

I've found them in city parks, my moms yard hell even on the edge of gravel roads.
Same here, never seen one around here...
None at all in Bluffwoods Conservation Area down by Halls off 59 highway. Or, so I’ve been told. [emoji848]

These were found in the yard while a person that I know was mowing last weekend in Charlevoix, MI.

My local dealer is looking to offload some of their chains. They aren't going to be spinning chains anymore. Just premade loops. They want to sell in a lot. If there is any interest just let me know and I'll get accurate link counts of what there is if any body is interested

Dan Orcutt is out of the ICU today, headed to a regular floor! Thanks everyone for your prayers! Still a long road ahead of us with traumatic brain injury, but just taking it day-by-day and today is a good day!

Morning midlanders!

A 24” Forester ‘large Husky mount’ bar fits the 900EVL. [emoji106]

Cleaned up the ragged slot and elongated an adjuster dog hole with files. Tail size/shape is a close match the the Oregon D196 specified.

Can someone confirm that this Carlton/Oregon chain is good stuff & these are pretty good deals. Seems to my untrained eye/mind that it is but I think I better refer to those that know more than I do. Also does anyone use the Granberg Titanium top bars?
