I use a shotgun to dispatch dogs..
Don’t want em running off..
Makes it hard to hide the body.

I consider my neighbors dogs an extension of him so they are not/have not been welcome over the years. I haven’t seen his mutts on the place in a couple of years so they must of got the point or the pellets I mean. I started a 3 shot plan with the 16 gauge. 1st warning is some 8shot in the arse at about 15 -20 yards to them moving closely followed by 2nd warning of some 6shot & then the 3rd is administered with a 2shot duck load just to see if they could find a higher gear on their way home. If the Ol’ 16 doesn’t get the point across then out comes the 22-250 & they find their way to the river.

I talked to my middle brother yesterday, I was misinformed about the broken rim on the his FIL’s combine. Apparently it was the inside rim, not the outside rim, they were able to limp it up onto the ridge, he said they were going to try & work on it today but the rain may have put the skids on that. $2700 for the rim. I’m not sure March is realistic for them to be done harvesting. Glad it’s not my problem.

Sounds like good shot placement.
It was running, one in the hip one in the shoulder, run to the neighbor's i made him put it in my truck, went to dad's,
2 in the bean ..... i wasn't real nasty with him but i told him to get her.
The dog just acted like it had a spanking
Real calm. I felt kinda bad but it
Wasn't gonna cause me anymore trouble
Neighbors didn't want trouble.....
They really didn't want cops involved

New fuel and oil caps arrived for the 012.

Test run him with a full tank finally. He had been peeing fuel on my floor. [emoji90]

Shooting ducks (ignition miss) he is. [emoji2955]

019t piston kit on back order. Crank isn’t here yet anyway.

Friend from work dropped off two Poulan 4218’s. One with 65 psi. The other with carb problem. Kind of his usual track record.

Did you have a client that you go “where does he get this trash?”.

Fixing a saw for a friend that got really sick. Otherwise I try to stay away from these models. Holding a plastic saw together with metal and Loctite makes for broken studs that normally would be a quick fix, but not on these! They’re good for sales but not to service.

I just know the 9400 has some beefy rubber on it and floats pretty good, but if you are in a situation you gotta flip the 4x4 on, you really gonna have a mess when you're done.
Like horrible...

He gets it for free and knows you'll fix em..

Those things never spend a night in my shop..
I had to ban them.

Yep. A lot of those are made to do only one thing. Sell off the shelf. After that, they've done their job and haven't even been run yet.

I know they're in a jam, but running in mud just sucks for the people and equipment.
Bet they're praying for a week long hard freeze..
I'm not sure that would even help at this point.
Would it freeze deep enough to hold up the heavies?
Week long overnights in the teens with all the moisture it would solidify things nicely but we aren’t supposed to see any extended cold spells. Supposed to be about 20 Tue. night, I have an uncle that wants to load corn Wednesday morning. I believe he will have some ruts to level out, one night won’t be nearly enough.
