Savage makes a good gun. I like it in 30-06. Had mine for 25 + years model 110 south paw bolt 190.00 .

The match of the load to the barrel. Glass just lets ya see where ya want to place that projectile. Reloading to the harmonics of the barrel provides an oporopportunity to use good glass. Something less than full speed is more accurate a lot of times. Gotta hit it to count

Yep. Pulled the top off and squirted cleaner through what passages it has, washed out the bowl that had crud on the bottom and lowered the float level a skosh.
