Slotted end brass do dad pto side of carb.

Contains a spring loaded ball that unseats at high rpm from the vibrations and lets raw fuel into the airstream thus limiting max speed to safe level for a two piece rod.

Remove it and use a divot of gasket material to seal the bottom of the hole.

Eliminates any interference from the governor.

Some leave it in place and some remove the divot after setting wot fuel mix.

Remember the two piece con rod.

Ah so. You just using it to set the mix then. Id have to pull it since i dont trust myself to not max out on the throttle. Thanks muchly
Im guessing the tilly carb on the olys may have the same issue

We eventually moved to private property on the north border of the wildlife area. Across the Grand River.

Did a lot better there. All the hunters crowding the public ground drove the deer out to us.
