Had slight slow leak. Bubbles didnt show it. Dunked it. Flywheel seal leaks. Given this is a clamshell can i replace seals without taking it all the way down?
Now im gonna replace fuel line, carb kit (maybe carb) seal(s). One of the fins is busted on the flywheel
Btw, i measured the bore. Its an AM pc. Measures 1.9”; a ms390. Will a bigger carb help much? Muff been modded.

You can replace the seals without splitting it, BUT, it takes a special seal from steal. Over 20.00 per seal. Depends on what's more important on the job, time or money. The seal that you split the clamshell to put in is a lot cheaper. Just a lot more work to do.

A few of you may remember I posted pictures of his basement 4-5 years ago.

He has a pile of Homies C-5, 7 & 9 beggin to dispose of.

He mentioned near 100 Echos. Including six of the twin cylinder models and a 900. Plus, four of the 1001, one of which he says is nice condition. [emoji15]

Rich is 65-70 and caretaker of his handicapped son (Downs). He has only done voice call that I know of with me. Had an old flip phone. [emoji37]

IIRC, his stash of large Husky & Stihl is awesome. [emoji12]

If you saw the uniform tops worn in Australia, understanding the game is secondary. They are transparent enough for a view of the geometry of shape shall we say. Some one posted pics of two teams on on of these sites
