Matt's 7900 takes a tiny splash to get going. Had an 088 that didn't have a choke. It started easy enough with a splash.

I use the wd because I can stick it threw
A slot in the top cover without removing it

I might put the wd 40 nozzle in a Lucas
Bottle nozzle and screw that on a oil bottle full of mix..... I don't start it much
