I see that he done went and got himself banned, but maybe someone has his real name and phone number.

Jason something if I remember right.

This Jason guy has apparently established a track record of really really deceitful behavior and shoddy work, or so it seems to me.
I’d go with the guy whose logo is a monkey with a pistol, I got to use one he’d done, and it was a powerful, healthy sounding unit, despite being a husky. Mastermind Work Saws, that’s it. Kenneth (Wkend Lumberjack) can tell you more, he has a couple or three modded saws.

Cleaned out my storage building today, and got this out. It hung in my Dads shop for 30 years.
Back in the 70s, the companies were a lot freer with the promo items. If you were ordering and selling saws, you could usually talk the sales rep out of some freebies. My old man was always hitting up the reps for something. One rep in particular, Dad kept after him to bring him a clock. He kept telling Dad that he couldn't, but we sold enough product that he wanted to stay on our good side. SO, he stole this off the wall in the warehouse and brought Dad a clock. Hung in the shop for 30 years, and still worked when I took it down in 02

I sleep with in 35 or so miles from the duds place, talked to him on phone once. The impression that he left me with didn't push for any other interaction. I don't know you , but I won't look up in my call history as a favor to you. He has a history which is diametrically opposed to the builders that are recommended. Nuf said

Morning midlanders!

The 16” on the Homie seems shortish.

A Remy PL-4 shelf queen is going to loose its 18” roller nose. Maybe. [emoji848]
I think I've got a few old 20 inch hard nose bars that came off XL12's.
That's another "pile" unto itself .

Traded the 19” bar from the PL-4 shelf queen with the 16” Homie.

The gun blue finish is original BTW. [emoji4]

Then the stupid geezer took over and broke the starter rope. [emoji57] Rather than just tie a new knot at the handle, nothing doing, went for a starter clean and lube.

You guessed it, spring jumped out and tossed the catch washer out.[emoji90] Somewhere remote and hidden.

Dig thru a box of Homie parts and found a suitable pulley of a slightly different design.

And, again the geezer put it down where he can’t find it. [emoji37]

So, we will play ‘hunt for lost parts’ today. [emoji849]

But, that’s OK because the son in law’s mother passed last night. Carlee’s 13th birthday is tomorrow.

Not going anywhere or doing anything. Too risky.
