Sweetgum is decent firewood but before spending a lot of time make sure it will split. Some tear like Elm but a straight grown forest tree splits rather easily. Will use quite a bit of gum each winter but I pick my battles. Very fast to season but very fast to rot or spailt after cut and not split

Thanks! Good to know. I know at least some of the smaller stuff is sweet gum. I'll get it for sure. Those big chunks, I'm thinking are going to have to be ripped. May or may not tackle them.

Nice Saw! I lost out on the mcculloch version a couple of weeks ago. Guy over in Kansas had one for sale way too cheap, but somebody saw it before I did. Years ago, I ran a p85, and that thing was awesome. I can only imagine how that ones going to cut.

A lot of you know my wife, Goldie.
Well, she gets home from work this evening and I meet her at the truck just like a good dog. She gets out scowling at me. "No A/C" she growls. This has been ongoing for a while. It works then it doesn't . Works every time I take it out.
But I don't dare say that to her. I'm an obedient dog. I like to eat. So, from 5 until now I have been thrashing her truck and finally got it fixed. (Paws crossed)
Better mood now.
Where's my beggin strips.

So what was the "problem"?

After 2 pressure switches I put gauges on.
Turns out it was overcharged and shutting off on high side pressure.
