Good morning.
Finished the mezzanine addition inside of the shop with Tammi's help. It added another 360 sq. ft. of floor space. It apparently is sturdy enough because my neighbor came by with his engineer brother-in-law and after looking it over, he asked me if I was going to park cars on it. [emoji4] I figured up the weight of the wood in it and came up with a total of 4000 lbs. Hopefully the extra space will help me to organize some saws and parts and Tammi's flea market inventory. I know working on it for the last few days hasn't been fun. I could darn near wring out the sweat from everything that I was wearing when I finished each day.[emoji29]

How long a span on joists?

I understand on the electrical outlets.
Have a four way plugin every six feet at chest height on two walls.
Still not enough sometimes.
