Looks like a 1-40 i gave away couple Christmas’ ago. Heavy-heavy-heavy and i didnt like the oiler location. One of the few features i think mac engineers totally blewMy nephew got this at a auction for $12. He came over and I helped him get it running. The decal is gone but we think it is a 1-40.

The steeper the back angle is, the less the rakers need lowered. The steeper the back angle the sharper the edge, butI couldn't believe how low I had to take the rakers on the chain for my 562. Square ground its below the soft setting on a husky gauge. Cutting white oak. Pulled fine no chatter. Nice chips. How low does everybody else take theirs?

No the line is at the corner or a touch below. Not as much forward lean as I had at the gtg but not leaning back either. I'll try to get some pics later this afternoon. Not that low Kyle.
Got some back lean?
Intersecting line a tick above the corner?
That would allow you to run lower rakers and still not be too harsh.
I like naps especially at work........Its just past 7:30 and you all are talking about naps Snowed about enough to turn it white.
Morning everyone. Woke up to snow here this morning. Not much but still enough to make me use bad language.
You southern guys shouldn’t be complaining about snow. I just had to blow out the driveway again this morning and they are saying more snow yet today. Last I seen we had close to a foot
