Afternoon all! Went to drill an half of the folks at work have this plague that's going around. So do both of my children. I'm a bit down, but not out. I was, however, ordered to relocate my non-healthy gluteous maximus to my personal domicile, with all possible haste.

Just started primary assembling last night. More trimming to do as I fit things together, test fit the gun, trim more and so on.

No machine sewing in my stuff. All hand sewn saddle stitch with an awl and needles. I use vegetable tanned leather in the 5-6 oz range. I like using a Kydex liner. I think it helps keep the holster from collapsing when they are used as a CC setup.

I’ve been cleaning up the yard a bit, but fatigue has been terrible. Not sure what’s going on, hope it’s not a sick coming on. Hope you fellows are doing well. I look forward to spring and working on some saws.

Well, it was chilly and windy this morning. Gave the stove a break yesterday, and firing it up this morning, the wind was making the stove pulse and puff smoke out the door. We have a shared birthday gtg for the Primate and his little buddy later on today, but preliminary indications from his mother are that we may soon have a sick monkey on our hands. Hope not. Flu and its relatives are simply not permitted in our immediate universe. Not authorized!

Dry Snow

Well, I just used my little Über Alles leaf blower to remove the snow from mine and four neighbors' sidewalks, three cars, all of the pathways in my yard, two long stairways, and my wood pile. Left one st of footprints on the sidewalk, had to play the wind a bit. Worked OK this time!

I get at least 10 scam texts and emails for every 1 real one. There's a Facebook marketplace for Wichita that I haven't tried yet. I'm going to give it a shot.
