I have a 55 that does the same. I think it might be the rubber bits that sandwiches the pump. But it ain't got nothing on my Dolmar 510. I had no idea it held that much oil.

All it seems to have is that damn metal body with a pin hole on either side. Hard to believe it can even pump oil.? And of course, the rubber "bits" don't leave me a smoking gun at all.
How does one remove the inner "bit" without tearing anything up?

Sure. I'll just run a buried hot water line out to the garage, then tunnel down to the sewer line. Maybe the basement.

Think portable.[emoji6]

Sit it on some casters, run it on an extension cord and a hose from the nearest faucet.

Middle of the garage next to the floor drain would work for me.

Or, just let it drain down the driveway.[emoji108]
