Honestly, if I could find a job elsewhere, I would. But realistiacally, I'm 61 years old now and I won't find another job making what I'm making now.

You know - if you could get tobacco addiction recognized as some sort of disability you could get a job anywhere. Or if you could be a recognized, oppressed minority- that would do it. A trans-tobacco chew-a-holic with oppression anxiety. I'll bet you could make a whole new movement.

That's kind of how mine is, but I have to choose either-or at any one time, because they share the same ductwork. I did figure out how to clean out ashes using a hardware cloth scoop to move coals to the back of the stove before scooping out the ash. Pretty slick setup, really. Surprised at how well and evenly this system heats the house, far better than a stove in the dining room running you out of the center of the house...

Evenly heated house? Where's the fun in that? We've had a wood stove in the dining room for years. Bedrooms are nice and cool to sleep in and everyone wants to get near the stove on cold mornings. That way we all have a little family time early in the morning and count our blessings - family being one of the top three.

In Mansfield, MO.
It's a 300 ton Cincinnati Millacron.
The controls on it are a mess, and it is leaking oil everywhere... then someone forgot to put the cap back on the reservoir. So I spent all day cleaning valves... it is working now.

Dump truck is the old man's. Trailer is his buddies. Doubt we ask to barrow the dump trailer again, we had to get the torches out the last time

Ya our wood getting time is not what it used to be.
When Ron and I worked the same place had same time off, worked good.
He has odd hours and so do I along with my shoulder use limited it hard.
We both have tomorrow off so coldest day of the year we gonna get wood. Put dad in warm tractor cab pulling.
