Picked up this blue S.E. SXL Homie last week super cheap in running as seen condition. I did swap out the B&C with another I had that was in a bit nicer shape. Will most likely just flip this one, I still have a super clean red SXL already......

I picked up this saw over the weekend, came with two 32'' Homelite bars, what gauge would they be and any concerns running 0.404 chain on them?

Most of the 32" permahard bars ive seen were .404, iam guessing you didn't measure it yet to check it, should be .063

You can run any pitch chain you want on a hard-nosed bar, .325,3/8ths,or .404
Roller nose is the same ,except it robs less power.

Thanks! I will pop the chain off and use some feeler gauges to measure the bar groove width.

Looks like its a 0.58 bar. chain on it now is 0.58, I can slide 0.63 feeler gauges into the groove but it is a sliding fit, not a clearance fit.

Another of my old bars are "stepped up" in Guage.

Scratch this, I actually found some bulk Stihl impulse line (labeled for a 361) in my stash of parts that fits great.

Very likely made for the 650 / 750 series of saws. Some of the XL-900 series Homelites might pull that bar with skip chain.

The mount is a Windsor TXL / UXL mount. The Oregon equivalent Would be a D096 mount.

It also was used on the older Poulan saws. The only saws in their line up that would handle a 36" bar would be the 5200 through 8500 85 cc saws.

There are likely more saws that used that mount.

Sorry, no idea on value. Windsor bars are very good bars.
