I have a OEM NOS PS-7900 P&C kit, no way I put it on my PS-6400!The one nice thing about running a 6400 is that so many people have upgraded to a 7900 and have cylinders they don't intend to use! Heck I bought a 7910 cylinder over a year ago and still haven't put it on. It's just hard for me to tear down a good running saw(even though I know it will run better)
Cheers!
I solved the "will run better" thing in a different manner, see my signature!

My PS-7300 is still out of order, but I bought all required parts to make her a head turner again.
My PS-7310 is in running condition but seems to have a issue that I need to track down.
Neither of them are "you suck" purchases once I'm done replacing parts, and they don't have to be as long as they run as intended once they're fixed up.

There are many reasons why I like my PS-6400 the way she is, but the one that counts the most is that she is my first own saw and the only saw I ever purchased brand new!
She's completely stock, other than AM piston.
