Anyone know who makes Windsor?
Ooh, ooh, I do! Tecomec, as my old Tecomec is also a type 136.
Positives are forward and reverse and robust construction. Negative is you need to adjust when switching sides. However, I do believe a new Tecomec self-centering vice can be installed on one of these, I keep threatening to do so, seems there's always something else taking priority.

Yes, however you may need an additional something or other thingamajig to do 3/4" harvester chain.
