I got the shiftworks shifter in and adjusted.
It looks just like the factory console auto shifter but works with my 4spd.

Back on the ground..
The front settled more with everything in. I might have to try to find where I put the spring cups that came with all my suspension stuff and raise it a bit.

And....for the first time in over 20 years, it moved on its own!

It was only out of the garage and back in.
It's currently running like shīt.. the AFR almost immediately goes to 36 and it won't idle. Have to partially depress the accelerator to get it started and it won't idle and pig rich..
Of course Holley tech support is only open weekdays and the tutorial to download new firmware is nothing like the Holley website is currently...so, I'll spin my wheels on that a little today I'm sure.

Deuce trailer and parts pull/retreive

Visited a honey hole and got some junk, mainly the trailer. Swapped tires, pull one hub, looked good. Hit the road at sunset. First stop, other hub is hot. Open up, little old grease, crud, bearings pitted. Clean a little, spray with WD40, all I had. Put together with brgs loose. Drive to gas station, brgs not getting hot, wow. Drum getting hot from rubbing on brake shoes due to brgs too loose. Flood hub with oil, snug brgs a little, still loose, made it home, didn’t even get warm again. Impressed the brgs made it. Probably wouldn’t have if the trailer had any real weight in it. Bed is gonna be for a bobbed deuce.

Making progress on the rest repair have the new lower frame mount rebuilt, and I’m still mocking up the inner rocker and a pillar, have it fitting really well just put the door on for the first time today and it fit it up without much fuss at all! Pretty excited about that! everything measured up like it was supposed to, and now everything‘s fitting good!IMG_2182.jpegIMG_2181.jpegIMG_2187.jpegIMG_2184.jpegIMG_2189.jpeg
