Hi I’m first time porting . I’m working on a 346xp ne . My number I got is with no base gasket. Squish.19 Exhaust 105, transfers 124, and intake was 74 . Anyone got any input on numbers would be really appreciated. Thank you. A4F8EFA4-1FD4-42BC-9CD7-0AFE8468F7E3.jpegA4F8EFA4-1FD4-42BC-9CD7-0AFE8468F7E3.jpeg 33B10E89-02A8-4A19-BE36-DFDF5B24723D.jpeg

Those numbers are great.....and is why the 346 runs so well.

Without any machine work, it's tough to improve upon it just looking at the numbers.....but.

Raise the main two transfer ports about 3°. Widen the exhaust port about a mm or so on each side. Lower to intake to 78.

Advance the flywheel about 6° and do a nice open muffler mod. I like a 3/4" id pipe for that.

Ya would be nice fine a nice used lathe. What’s the rule of thumb on transfers, like should 50cc saw have certain transfers numbers compared to like 70cc saw. What brand 90 degree tool do you use for the transfer.

Solid advice for this model. The 346 to me is the pinnacle of 50cc class performance, a well modified one will be the saw any man reaches for. I love mine
