same here i fought -20 last winter and almost ran out of wood twice.

I've put 5 quarts of Yamalube 2R thru my saws. That's the best oil I've found so far. H1R probably is a better protecting oil, but the 2R runs the same at 32:1 in both A/T saws, and standard carb models. I like the idea of 32:1, and since it works at that ratio in all saws, I'm sticking with it.

I think I read somewhere that you don't have any of "my saws" and that you do all your cutting with other people's saws...

P.S. My MMWS 044 is still a 14hr round trip road trip away. Hopefully it will find it's way home in the next couple of weeks.

No. They moved the Honda shop 30 miles away.
I'll be glad to send you some to get your feedback....especially compared to the other oils you've used milling. Your applications would be a better comparative representation than my firewood cutting.

Good to know. I have a quart of H1R to burn through then I'll get some 2R to try. I can get the yamalube local so that'd be a plus. I'm not always the plan ahead type.

supertech outboard at 32:1 best protection and cheap sure saves me money.
