Well spent some time cleaning up this 353/ 346xp clone tonight, just thinking about what to do. I am planning on going for the 562XPGW in the morning, I think the deal is to good to pass up. I will be leaving it in the box for now, might send it out to MMWS, after I get this 346xp and 357xp done in march.

Yeah I just can't let it go, I couldn't send you dirty saws so I figured I would clean this 1 up first, already cleaned the 357xp for ya, I really enjoy it. Looking for a project saw tomorrow to.

Yes I had a new 562XP till 2 wks ago, my friend needed a saw and so we made a deal, figured I might as well upgrade to a xpgw, and I am buying this from a different local dealer then the previous saw, the old dealer doesn't/ won't buy the equipment to service auto tune saws, I have 4 great dealers. 2 husky, 1 stihl and 1 dolmar. They said no hard feelings and they won't match the price of the other, I buy a lot from all of them, think I bought around 75 saws in 2016 so they know I will be back and buy something else.Bad CAD

75 saws in a year? Cad may be an understatement. Lol. But it's all in good fun and do what makes ya happy. In my case it has to have a motor to make me happy and saws are cheaper and take up less room than bikes and sleds do. That's good you have dealers and a variety to choose from. I have Stihl or drive a 100 miles to the other Stihl/ kinda husky dealer in any direction.

Yes I have a 461 as well but don't see myself ever letting it go. Or any others except maybe the 491 shinny if I had access to a new 562. I would really use a small pro saw a lot more if I had one. My lineup goes ms230 shinny 491 to a 2171 so there's a pretty big gap and the ms230 does things it shouldn't and the 2171 gets used for firewood way too often.

The new 550xpg looks a nice saw, don't thing they offer a wrap bar for it though. Seems like a good cash deal you got going with your dealer on the 562. What bar will she be dressed in?

I'm glad you're going to buy it. I'd hate to read this thread and see you just dangle am opportunity to buy a 562xpgw for $600 in front of all of us only to go "nah".
