I spent a little time on my tiptoes on a rickety 50 year old wooden ladder looking at the 12 saws that my local chainsaw shop has put up on the high shelf as "not for sale" in the last 39 years.
The grumpy old man likes me these days and says I can buy any or all of them and then he started dragging other relics out of other rooms as well
He has a firm price in mind for the Disston and Wright saws and both were put up properly as runners back in the day. All but one of the top shelf saws was drained run out of fuel and put away properly.
I have really no idea what to offer or to pay on these guys so I snapped some pics and am looking for sage advise from you guys.
I don't even know what all of them are
Disston DO-100 - perspective makes it look small but this is easily the biggest, I was holding the phone up above my head standing on a ladder to snap this
MacCulloch 1-10 right hand pullstart and Wright GS 5020A
Homelite Model 26LCS
Early original Briggs n Stratton engine
Mac 15 - and he has at least one more as a parts saw
