You got an easy ride...my ex-wife's folks are from Nashville/Joelton area. Ever eatin' Jakes Bro's sausage in the roll? That's them. I've got kin folk in the Cookeville area as well as Sparta.

I've been so stinking busy I haven't had time to chase pigs in the past year. And I just found out that our annual gator hunt is going to take place later this month while I'm out of the country. Rats!

No sir. We're going to eat good. If by some chance I can't get a whole hog, then I'll have beef brisket, pork shoulders, and some other delectables on the smoker. We will start a list of what our local folks are bringing when the time gets closer. And by local, I mean within a few hundred miles.
