Seems like with a 550 and 2166 your already set? But different strokes for different folks I guess? 550 will pull 18" fine. Get 550 ported?

Curious to know what you got. I have a 6100 and like it, just a little on the heavy side for a 60cc saw for me personally, I typically will grab a smaller(55oxp) or larger saw(365) depending on what I am cutting. I have not had a chance to run to run any of the Echo 60cc saws. I do like the inboard clutch on the 6100, that is my personal preference, makes bar/chain swaps a lot easier.

I do however use it if I am going to help someone do some cutting and dont know what we are getting into. I run a full wrap w/20" and have had a 24" on it and it pulls it quite well.

Looks good , except for the part that it's based off published numbers.

fwiw I believe the 400 outperformed it’s published power numbers on Joe’s dyno. I like mine… 60cc weight with better than stock 044 power.

Ran my 550MK2 with 18" 327 on Friday for the first time. It just may become my favorite and most used saw. Can't wait for it to wake up after a few tanks.

Running .325, I do the same. Opened muffler up and it's a great saw. Use it for anything 16"and under.

I had the 18" bar buried in solid maple and it had plenty of power to pull it, unless I go crazy.
