Nice job. It might clear more chips if you switch that screw around on the back strap. Instead of having the nut on the inside, have the nut and washer sticking out with screw on the inside.
Cool fix though.
I’d do that, but I don’t want it to rub the fuel tank...not a ton of room. After taking the picture, I put shoe-goo over the bolt to help clear chips, and protect a thrown chain.

View attachment 290280 View attachment 290281 I’ve never tried one of these, but I’m going to give it a go.
Don’t pinch or pry the tip and they last a long time. The 4 rivet tip is probably the “weakest” point, not as strong as 6 rivet stihl or 5 rivet sugihara. But I kinda like the profile of the tsumura tip for bore cutting. Bore cuts smooth.

Might be a good place for some rivets if you decide to keep it.

Have you tried the cannon LW bars out?
No. I’d like to, but Madsens said they can’t get any until August or something. I haven’t checked everywhere, but it sounds like they are a little difficult to get. @HYPERSAWS has a 28 that I can test out, but I just haven’t yet.

I need something to replace the 34” Oregon I have but can’t bring myself to spend that much yet. Definitive Dave did have them or was getting them pretty regularly

How much was it compared to a Stihl light weight? Weight differences?

Nice strip layout looks good. You guys off on a spur road off the Signal tree mainline?
This 32 was $118. I don’t remember what I last payed for the Stihl.
We are at the 8 mile marker. Just finished below the pavement, and now working above it.
