Yes. If the port is wider than the bottom of the skirt, it could drop in. It wouldn't have any support

So id be best to not widen the intake side?

Most of the time enlarging the top of the venturi,but you gotta make sure the metering jet is letting in enough fuel,sometimes you gotta do a little drilling

Heres the clam split. I was wondering what echo uses for gasket glue. This is how it looked when i pulled apart. Dont look like much if any.

Iv already did a mm and that helped it a lot. Might shave a little off fly wheel key now too.
I dont think ther is much i can do for porting it. Kind of a bummer but i learned something new to look for.

Anyone try the Dremel 90 degree attachment? It might be to big to get into most saw cylinders IDK.
