Is that from the fundraisor? After i pulled my head out of my rear with trying to stroke a 288 i realized i didnt need a head for that build.
Yeah... From the fundraiser. It wouldn't have to have a head for this build, but it will work well I think. Gunna try some different stuffs

I have a guy makin me a billet head for an 066 already, gunna build a pipe just cuz......
What gasket will you run? Oring? I want to do this on a 359 top then pipe it. Not sure about some details...

I thought about using copper flashing. I've made them for small engines,but this just seemed dif. I need to find a chunk of aluminum.

One guy told me you can seal the head with just the torque on the smaller ones. There's viton oring that will take the heat. Just have to find the right size for the groove and cut you a small slot.

I had a fella ask what i use for sanding and mandrel. I have 120,240 and 320 of this paper. The mandrel is a screwdriver i cut a slit in with thin cut off dremel wheel. The little mandrel fits in my ra head. Not sure why the slit looks crooked in the pic. image.jpegimage.jpeg
