Changing orange to red

Found a wide discharge 372 clutch cover for cheap of the bay. I'm going to put it on my 2071 any suggestions for prep/ repainting. Anyone one powder coating small stuff for a reasonable rate?

If you have a sand blaster shoot it clean of paint. Then use some epoxy primer. Then lightly sand primer with red scotch Brite. And spray chosen color. If no blaster use 220-280 sand all areas to a dull finish. Feather out all chips. Spray with epoxy primer sand then paint. I like a epoxy paint as it's more durable but tractor enamel will work just bake it after it flashes off.

A husky cover works just fine on my 2165 or my 2171. The husky cover was cheaper and it makes it easier to find at a gtg. Lol!
