The new Makita 4300 is made in China, it replaced the 421, same basic saw, but I prefer the German Made myself

That's where I was confused. I have a 2015 ea4300 but it's German made.

And even though I've got good runners of many colors, still like the color orange the best, I'd paint the others if it wasn't bad for resale lol.
