@RI Chevy , You should have gotten the PS-7300!
Mine is a screamer, she feels barely marginally weaker, if at all, than her big twin.
The PS-7300 is unjustly overshadowed by her PS-7900/7910 sibling.

The new Makita 4300 is made in China, it replaced the 421, same basic saw, but I prefer the German Made myself

I ran a nice little Dolmar 421 over the weekend. Strong saw for its size. Ran well.

Just don't tell the stihl guys that it runs right next to a 241 for half the price .
Good little saw even in the Chinese version of the 4300.
421 and the 7300 would make a nice two saw plan for someone if the 7300 was still up for sale.

That's how I look at it .
And even though I've got good runners of many colors, still like the color orange the best, I'd paint the others if it wasn't bad for resale lol.
