Speaking about gaskets, anyone has link and recomendion to quality gaskets with different tickness, if possible Amazon links.
Think I have 1.00mm, 0.80mm, 0.55mm, 0.40mm, could use some thinner gaskets........

Some saws benefit from a thicker case gasket- 365/372, 385/390, and Stihl 084 are some examples because they have a long run in the case under the muffler where the case gasket is very thin. For this reason I actually like the aftermarket gasket sets the best because they are a lot thicker than stock.

Set the part on your flatbed copier/scanner and hit the 'copy' button. Take the copy and staple it to your gasket material in a dozen or more out of the way places.

I've done this before and it works pretty well.

I bought these NOS gaskets with the intention of getting on board with one of the Taiwanese parts manufacturers and having them mass reproduced. I've got a NOS case and base gasket(s) for Jonny 111, and the same for 820/830/920/930. I'm working on getting some NOS versions of the smaller gaskets. I'm also planning on a reflector foil piece for the 365/371/372/385/390 saws and a case gasket version for the Jonny 80/801/90.

I'll see if I can get time to visit my ex employer and use his scanner for 242, 254, 262 templates, probleby gone take a few weeks though but will post up picture of the result to those who want to make their own gasket
