Get a starter assembly, place a 7900 sticker on it.
Swap starter assy's depending of what You want Your saw to be, badass or sleeper!

Complete new starter assy is 57€, a bit pricey but it would still be worth it to me.
Someone must have a used starter assy for sale, maybe place a wanted ad.

I can't remember if it was a 7900 top end or a 7910 kit, although it doesn't make much difference to me

One reason I have hesitated is I would probably mess up getting the old one off or putting the new one on



I will probably keep kicking the idea around until the stickers are NLA and then my dilemma is solved for me

Wow this thread got ugly in a fantastic sort of way! I actually tried to help kinsley find a top end for the 5200 poulan the dumb ass blew up , a week ago.
I was surprised to see my signature on his YouTube cry.
Here's the deal these youtubers are making serious money's for being the exciting lumbersexuals dream cum true, unfortunately any mental deficit google fingers can find the forums on the internet and thats a problem for the peace,love and chainsaw pastors of the YouTube, because one contradiction of their holy actions and its Jerry Falwell all over again.
Basically you , myself, and anybody else who has evidence of their *s-word actions could cause The BBR army of dollar bills to dry up ! Including the *s-word bag disciples who are riding his coattails to the YouTube pay out. "Follow the money" is a cliche because it is often true.
Honestly the complaint for their unemployed asses is $$$ , I wonder how many of them pay taxes on those earnings or make over what their disability benefits allows? The only thing these slimy *s-words are working are their audience.
Done.

It’s a shame where all the BBR stuff has digressed over the last 2-3 years.

In 2016-2018 BBR had quality felling content that was useful for folks that were interested in falling trees & seeing the ways of the West Coast Fallers. Sure much of that was also on other YouTube channels, but Buckin’ had good content way back then.

Now it’s peddling Plastic Phony wares & Peace, Love, & Hippiness.

I overlooked the Hippiness early on but it’s gotten too much.

I’m all about having a positive attitude, as Attitudes are contagious, however it’s much over the top.

Just a observation and a personal opinion of mine, BBR gets off topic and at times switches around a lot in his video's I too liked his older content better but at the end of the day he has the right to put up any type of content he wants plus by the views and members he has, BBR has the last laugh because he is probably making more money off his YouTube channel than most guys out in the woods for 12 hours a day?
