Ed zachary Tim. Not everyone is going to agree with everyone on here. Although we have a pretty gooder group here, disagreements are bound to happen.

I'll say it again fellas... if there is someone on here you absolutely cannot stand there is no shame in using the ignore buttonScreenshot_20200923-150615_Chrome.jpg

When I mentioned banning, I was in a bad place myself. Overly tired, and in a foul mood.

Thanks for keeping me straight men. I need, and appreciate that.

It's pretty easy keeping you in line - We just slip a little Tang into your Metamucil and all is well.

They sure look familiar. You guys wouldn't believe how common that is on customers mowers.
Since I'm a townie running a push mower the sight of them blades scares the hell out of me. Blades are cheap! Feet are not.

To get back on topic. (We left the other forum because of thread hijacking. didn't we?) Here's the translations on a GB bar sheath, minus some accent marks.

Australian -- Guide bar
German -- Guide rail -- Fuhrungsschiene
French -- Chain guide -- Guide-chaine
Dutch -- Saw blade -- Zaagblad
Italian -- Guide bar -- Spranga di guida
Spanish -- Sword -- Espada
Swedish -- Guide bar --Sagsvard
Finnish -- Teralevy -- Cutting disc
Japanese -- Guide bar - (font not available)

I'll add my native tongue, Norwegian -- Saw Sword--Sag Sverd, or just sverd which is the most commonly used term.

To be fair chainsaws are terrifying and operators die all the time. I think about how dangerous they are every time I fire one of mine up.
Not me. More concerned with the tree I'm about to cut that may want to kill me even if it's dead already. Gravity is an sob.

Got my lever dressed and my cutters massaged or my teeth polished.

Um no. Most of us left because of trolls, a few mods to, act like diks, it's encourage by the management or ignored and all the time it distracts from needed derailments and trainwrecks ;)

Have people call wanting to sell their walnut trees. I ask what the diameter of the average one may be and that throws em for a loop! Finally ask them if they are as big as a steering wheel!

Trouble with that is the steering wheels keep getting smaller! Ha ha
Lol

So do the trees... your good
