Well, that don’t suck. The toasted Brioche bun doesn’t hurt either.Bacon and smoked goudaView attachment 424944
A friend turned me on to the I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray for quickly hitting the buns before toasting on the griddle. I'm not sure if I'm happy about it or ashamed, but I keep doing it because the results don't lie.Well, that don’t suck. The toasted Brioche bun doesn’t hurt either.
You'll be glad you got the big one. Congrats. Never seen French fries cooked on one before. How did they turn out?Welp we joined the Blackstone crowd today. Heehawed around for a while at WallyWorld about the 28” or 36” or 22” and Mama Bear finally said “Just get the big one damnit !” Jeez, yes ma’am !!

I’ve used my homemade “Wishek Wok” for almost 15yrs and love it but man on man that fancy standing height Blackstone griddle is something else. There’s something about cooking on a disc blade that seems better somehow still

Thanks !! Go big or go home and I’m at home so I had to go big lolYou'll be glad you got the big one. Congrats. Never seen French fries cooked on one before. How did they turn out?
Lookin good. I cooked some marinated pork loin chops this evening, forgot to take a picture again. This might be the best chicken I’ve cooked on the Blackstone. Chicken breast dipped in butter then coated with Zatarans blackened seasoning. Cooked on the griddle at 500*. Juicy with great flavor in less than 10 minutes. I’m going to try the same process with fish.
It’s just so easy to cook good food fast and with little effort on a griddle.

I had some marinating one day last week to cook, but it was 94 degrees outside so I did them in the oven with parmesan cheese on top.I just did some chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing on the bs, came out awesome.
Absolutely 36"I and the other FIL are thinking of getting a Blackstone for his son (my SIL).
28" or 36". Right now, the family consists of he, his wife (my daughter) and a three year old Heck on wheels.
Talk to me.
