Owned this a week and cooked 3 meals on it so far. Chicken fajitas Friday (Don’t mind my retired buddy, He has a magical power that ensures his eyes are always closed in pictures) and Smash burgers today! I absolutely love this thing!View attachment 415326View attachment 415327

Yep, Haven’t really taken more pics. Just did burger and hot Italian sausage on it Saturday. Are you still liking that blackstone?
I thought about getting one. The biggest problem I'm having now is something getting into the grease trap. I've found it on the ground and the foil liner chewed up several times. I've seen a couple cats around here. I assumed it was them. Early Saturday morning I went outside and saw a big raccoon running through the yard. I think that's the culprit. I'm going to set my live trap this weekend. If you’re having problems with dirt and bugs getting on your griddle surface, even with a hood and cover, look at getting a silicone griddle cover. I ordered this one from Amazon. They run the gamut from really cheap to stupid expensive. The one I ordered was upper middle in the price range ($35). It does a great job of keeping the griddle surface clean.

Coons like cashews. Just be sure to not set till just b4 dusk or some other kind of tree rat might get to them first.thought about getting one. I put the grease trap inside, under the hood, when I’m finished cooking.I thought about getting one. The biggest problem I'm having now is something getting into the grease trap. I did think about doing that but just didn't go back out and do it.I put the grease trap inside, under the hood, when I’m finished cooking.
I’ve had possums and coons in my smoker before. Had to fence in the base with chicken wire. A pissed off coon covered with grease is no fun.
Do you cook with the hood down?Kids got me the “on the go” little one. Wish I had the larger one, but it does have the room to cook for 6. I just can’t keep multiple dishes on at once.
Bought a 25lb to portable LP tank converter off Amazon and haven’t looked back. The thing is an absolute joy to use.
