I quoted you on this. Mine is for sale.@Redfin, may have a used 661, don't quote me on this though
It sure looks like new for sure but.......a hellava lot more strong. Just sayin@Redfin, may have a used 661, don't quote me on this though
Troof and stuff.Any ported 85 cc and up saw is gunna get the job done. It comes down to what you prefer
I have had an 056 Mag 2, have a 125 Mac, have an 090... 394/5 is always worth building. Modern enough parts are available, plenty of oil for a 42" bar, and power to spare.I have a big ol stihl 056 super. It is fun to buck with. Every other aspect is like wrestling with a bear cub. Lol I recently acquired a 395 xp as a basket case. Still trying to decide if it is worth all the missing parts.

Im gonna send u my 390 to compareA 390 is no where near what at 661 is and is just as heavy and feels like a slinky,661 and a 395 stock are close.
Is it stock?Im gonna send u my 390 to compare
Are you dun playin with that silly saw already? Is it stock?
A stock 390 is not going to run with a stock 661,a ported 390 won't run with a ported 661 either.
Send it before I send the 661 back.
I'll run them with the same bar and chain In the same wood.
That's fine for pine, but a 42" oak will make you wish you hade the 395 back. Lol
Looks like you had a good time though, cool pics and video
