Many years ago when I was working for the Corps of Engineers there was a small tow boat that was trying to help break ice above the dam so we could all the barges south for the winter. The captain should never had the boat where he did as it was way unpowered for the job. It got caught in the ice flow and slammed into the dam rolling on its side. Thankfully all men escaped fine. There was no possibly way to recover it then so it was left until spring. I was amazed at how long it actually took to make the single pic to remove it.
O look…all the barriers that were supposed to have been installed so many years ago to prevent just this scenario are in the new rendering. Gee.
Nice job, Baltimore.
