That's good to hear, definitely lives up to the reputation then. I'm probably going to try some . At least for my off season cutting. Problem is I cut sometimes year around depends on winter mostly being I cut alot of deadfalls. Last 2 winters our snow didn't melt till mid May

I mostly got it for the mower and weedeater. I need to buy another gallon of 87 I'm down to a splash now. I have 2 cants on order for next week. Maybe I'll have time to test out 87 against the VP then.

They used to use Motul 710 , are you saying they don't use that anymore.?

If I try some VP fuel I will mix my own as well. I use the Dominator oil
I am only saying that I find it to be NO coincidence that VP introduced their own 2 stroke mix oil, then they changed their pre-mix SEF name.
If I had to venture a guess, they changed it due to using their own mix oil.
They just came out with SEF recently, so why go through all of the re-designing, re-labeling, and re-naming ?

Also, they used Motul 710 in their 40:1, but their 50:1 was blue ........... and that aint Motul 710

Ahh .............. so there is a third choice now ?
I would love to see VP put out 89 or 90 octane SEF

Well they have the SEF 4 cycle , SEF 50:1, SEF pro mix 50:1

Yea it would be nice to see more options. I'll ask my friend maybe he might know if it's been talked about.

Third choice for 2 cycle, but 4 choices for SEF ..........they now have
50:1
40:1
Pro 50:1
4 Cycle

If you could ask him about 40:1 Pro mix ............... and if they plan on any lower octane SEF in the future ?
