Curious if anyone else runs extra oil in there mix for breaking in new or freshly rebuilt saws. I like to run a really rich oil mix for the first couple tanks around 20 to 1 then just run my normal 40 to 1 ratio after. Anyone else doing anything similar?

My run in consists of start it let it warm up listen and look for anything abnormal run it moderately(no extended limbing no milling) for the first tank. Second tank let it rip!

have multiple auto tune saws but I have had great luck so far with all my stuff adding extra oil and running it in as I described

50:1 on new equipment.32:1 on builds.32:1 on everything afterwards.thats just me.for years its been 50:1 on everything without problems.just on builds and i'm getting a little scratching on the pistons.nothing major must be skin cells from swiping oil in the cylinder for assembly lube because i'm meticulous on cleaning the bores when sanding, etc.
