This guy is like the "Single White Female" version of BBR! I wonder if buckin' wakes up at night in a cold sweat dreaming of waking up beside him?! Lol
I have no idea who he is
I googled 394 lowtops and his video popped up.

Yep, in case I was wondering why I don't watch Youtube influencers, that was a damn good reminder.

Cause, ya know,

his video is, kinda, you know. Irritating, ya know.

Makes you kinda want to drive a few nails through your skull.

Ya ever watch Andrew camarata? I find his video’s to be pretty interesting.

Is there any consistency to when Holzforma has their sales?

Kind of what I figured. Thanks.
I noticed they'll have sales when new models are announced
Other than that the black friday, Christmas and new year's are guaranteed sales
Otherwise they'll randomly do
Flash sales
It's unpredictable.

Ive dropped a couple dozen trees with mine, it oils cuts and does pretty good.
The rear handle is definitely not as smooth as oem though ,but a little buffing would fix that up.
Same here the moulding halves of the tank had a sharp ridge
So i dremeled it smooth otherwise
It feels oem in operation
Haven't had time off to cut much but it's equal in power to my oem 288s

Well running the 2nd tank of fuel through the G395xp the oil pump gear sh¡t the bed.
After I disassembled the pump and cleaned it out, I feel like the bore tolerance at the adjustment screw is too lose ,causing it to intermittently bind.
I found a cheap used oem online to compare. 20240203_211238.jpg20240203_211232.jpg

Mine got wiped out on the 3rd or so tank. The plunger ramp needed a little deburring and polishing.

At least 15 year's ago i tried to buy a couple of these saws from the
Craft top/new top company in china these were the very first clone saws i had seen
But they didn't import them to the us back then IMG_20240213_170407.jpg
These holzforma's have all the newtop markings scratched out.

Dry weight with a 20" laminate barIMG_20240213_170212.jpg
Full of mix and oilimages (2).jpegimages (4).jpeg
Once again the pull rope was extremely short
So i swapped it and the stupid dogleg pull handle out
It has a toggle switch instead of a Husqvarna slide style.

What does it take to run the 066 piston?
I did a 288 lite in 2006 or so with a 066 piston and cannot remember what i did
Saw is still running though.
You have to run the bearing from the 066 and widen the pin bosses on the inside for the 288 conrod.
