I’m sure that can work if there were known numbers to go with it. Could be easy to do with a computer program.

I can work off the pressure gauge but have to have numbers to go with it to get hp and tq. So I need a scale. The pressure gauge helps me to verify accuracy of the scale.

I have noticed by 2 scales that I have is both aren’t 100% accurate.

but I can get the average for each number on scale to go with which number on pressure gauge.

Then I would no longer require a scale and can go with the set numbers for set psi.

That’s how the old tractor pto dyno’s work.

This much pressure is this much hp. Makes a very compact and simple system.

Checked the mailbox found a couple more bigguns...

Hope to be back to the shop in a couple weeks.

Plan on trying to video these, and start a saw/dyno/porting video channel for all the stuff posted in the threads.

New vs old

Who ya got?

I wished this was on the dyno

I was driving by the chainsaw dealer that I go to at times...

The closest I ever got to see a husky 592.

I thought it was a customer with a fancy husqvarna shirt on. Nope, that was a Husky Rep.

Who said it's not close to the dyno ;)
