My 394 has a 9 pin on it with a 36" 3/8 bar and square chain. It pulls it just fine, and is faster than with an 8 tooth.Thats why we ran 7 tooth sprockets in Ct.
I wish we had more wood so we could have ran 8's as well
Some use 7's and some use 8's. Both are real world, unless I'm living an unknown cartoon life
We're all going to have an opinion about it, but why complain about what someone else would like to do or see for themselves ?
The 394 and 395 both use a 2 ring oem pistonHusky makes a 2 ring piston?
I bet he's made a lot better 661's since then. I think every porter has a few saws out there that they are not that proud of anymore, at the time it may have shown improvement over just a muffler mod but they wouldn't stack up against your current work.
I'm glad I'm not the only felt that wayLearning on others dime is acceptable? Disappointed with expectations of money spent is OK? Not pointing you out.
Let it go
Are you talking from experience? So charging full price is fine when a pro claims to mod 1122's for 20 years? Obviously some disagree with his dribble and they've been screwed out of money. Let it go? Why should he let it go?
New models is OK to charge $300 for no gains over a muffler mod? That's learning on others money!
Let it go? Why should he let it go?!
Is an 1122 the same as an 1144 ?So charging full price is fine when a pro claims to mod 1122's for 20 years? Obviously some disagree with his dribble and they've been screwed out of money. Let it go? Why should he let it go?
