90% of this problem people have has nothing to do with saw performance...do your homework on who you are so quick to defend and maybe you will understand why people are pissed..you would be too.

When 1 or 2 people tell me something i can chalk it up to misunderstanding/opinion.

When 15 tell you something theres some truth to it.

1-you try to make amends and get the problem fixed.
2-you keep getting lied to and get the run around.
3-you buy a bottle of KY.
4-you bend over.
5-you don't share what happens after that because it's bad for the forums.

How many of those 15 have actually ran a Jms saw or own one right now. Word of mouth is poison.

JMS ain't here......and that is not because of how his saws run. To put a fine point on it he is not here because he was impossible for those of us running this forum to reason with. He had some trouble being accountable......and responsible. Period.
