No Stilhl's for sale?
Like Brad Snelling and others it seems the mighty 346 has made another Stihl guy consider where the power really is.... Hmmm.... I think Will has been bitten by the modded Husky bug. Except those 200Ts we make and exception for those.... And maybe 10mm 044.

Nah. He's just a good mechanic who likes wrenching on broke saws. All the Stihls are busy cutting wood, making money, and keeping people warm and stuff. [emoji2957][emoji3061][emoji16]

Yes Jeff, one of the numerous various chicom/twain ones out there that they seem to make for every saw now lol. I went with the little red barn one. I was interested to see what the hype was and this 365 needed a new piston anyway. The old one was worn, so why not. The fit in the cylinder is great, and the oem pin, circlips and caber fit good on it. I did clean up the casting a little bit. Squish is about 21 thousandths without a gasket.

I did consider several other piston options. If I could do it again, I would probably try a meteor jonsered 630 piston (smaller bore 268xp), have someone cut a .040 popup or so and attempt to recreate Simonized’s 372 worksaw recipe on the 365 cylinder just out of curiosity.

Definitely got the Husky bug. If I get that 359 it'd definitely get a little bit modded.
